Salt Fired Stoneware Vase Bowl or Plant pot

ee days to fire this Canterbury Arch kiln. Everything is packed tight and sealed in, then every hour the heat is turned up slightly until a certain degrees and then salt is added through a peep hole. The salt adds a nice shimmer to the pots!do that four times at different temperatures. After it hits about 2500 degrees the gas is turned off.
On the third day after it cools down the door is taken apart and wonderful, lovely pottery is revealed! For this reveal, a tomato glazed bowl/vase. The inside is lovely earthy green!
