Bright Green Circle Skirt Watercolor Floral
Description
This skirt has similarities with a watercolor painting. Small purple flowers dot a mottled green background. I've cut this from a full circle of cotton seersucker fabric. I love the texture and how it creates fullness. The waistband is elastic for a comfortable fit.Measurements:
Waist: 30-36" max. stretch is 40" Max stretch is 40" (76-91.5 cm max= 101.5 cm)
Length: 20" (52 cm)
