Women Vintage 1960s Pill box Hat Mesh details

CONDITION: I don't think this hat has ever been worn. Since I am not sure, let's say LIKE NEW
FEATURES:
It was said that these types of hats had been popular in the 1930-1960s. Not sure of the year but its and awesome vintage hat with mesh details.
I was told it was probably made around the 1960s - never-the-less, it is a beautiful hat.
It has a tag in it (hand written) b109. I left it in the hat. Not sure of the meaning.
It has a nice detailed design on the front and hanging from that is a large pearl with rhinestones around the bottom then 3 strands of gold chain and more pearls. I guess it wold be costume Jewelery. It secured by and old bobby pin of some sort. I didn't take it out for fear of damaging it. It looks like someone must have stuck it in there for added detail.
The color is a satin lime green.
Measures: Outside measures 22" around. The inside measures about 20/21"
The hat was kept in an old hat box inside plastic (so) it is in really good condition.
