Leafy Green Cartilage Chain Earring with Cuff

Description

This is a new kind of cartilage chain earring- instead of having a pierced post at the top it has a cuff (it just slides over the cartilage of your ear). This means that you can wear this earring even if you only have your earlobe pierced. :)

The ear-piece is made using 20ga green colored enameled copper wire and 20ga bright aluminum wire. I twist and cut the wire myself, so there are some places in the green rings where the copper color shows through where it was cut (this always happens when you cut copper wire that's been colored by enamel). It isn't very noticeable, though, but this is just a heads up so you know.

At the end of the ear-piece are a light green wooden leaf bead, a round green bead (it's either stone or glass), and an oblong green bead (I think this one may also be stone). The earlobe par is a silver colored metal post earring, and the cuff at the top is silver plated (this is 6mm wide and a half inch or 1.3 cm across). The entire ear-piece is 3 1/2" (8.9 cm) long from top earring ball to bottom bead, and is 2" (5.1 cm) long from earring post to cuff.

This is for a single ear piece. For no additional cost, I can switch out the bottom post with a clip on earring and/or replace the top cuff with a pierced post; just let me know in the "notes to seller" field when checking out, or contact me via Etsy if you want this option.

I can also switch out ear posts with Sterling Silver posts, but that would cost extra- please contact me via Etsy if you're interested in that and I'll let you know what the price would be.
