Draped Neckline Panel Dress

Description

Knit dress with an open draped lapel front. Two panels hang around the neck and hang open. Dress has two short sleeves long enough to roll twice to create a shorter sleeve. Hem is a double band of knit fabric which gathers the silhouette slightly. Due to the open/loose nature of the top portion of this dress the bust and hip measurements are ONE SIZE on all sizes. Please indicate which size and color you would like in payment details. If you want a custom size, please send a separate payment of $5.
