This is the Command-air 10 inch alternating current fan. Its catalog # is 2405.It sits 14 inches high; 11.75" wide. It's rather heavy. If it costs less than $25 to ship it, I'll refund any difference to your PayPal account over $2.00.
Love the patina on this one. There's an adjustment on the head and settings on the switch. However, there is no wiring. To work, it would have to be rewired.
