Description
This adorable dress was made from recycled materials!It features a bodice in soft, black stretchy jersey material, with a top band and waistband in ruby red. Shoulder straps and skirt are a bright teal and black plaid cotton material. Skirt is cut on the round, making it full and flouncy... perfect for twirling! Hem is a rolled hem.
Measurements:
Bust: 30" unstretched, 42" stretched max
Waistband: 28" unstretched, 40" stretched max
Length: (from underarm to bottom of hem): 36"
