Rainbow Glass Wind Chime
Description
Hot from the kiln, a new rainbow wind chime.I went rectilinear this time: I used a top bar with a rectangular cross section. I painted this white, applied sparkly, copper pigment, and applied several coats of exterior varnish.
The six colored glass wands are suspended with a strong beading cord. I have them set close together, so it takes very little motion to start them sounding.
This chime is five inches across and seven inches long.
