Alpha Plate - 11 inches

Description

For simplicity, I designed a special glaze called ‘Moon Glow’ for my embossed wares. This glaze is inspired by the ‘Hunter’s Moon’ which I saw once in the Roman countryside. An especially bright moon that appears in early autumn, ideal for the hunter searching for food... and a plate to eat it on.

This vibrant glaze creates a special glow onto the wares, in preparation for the oncoming feast. Enjoy.

Dinner plate measures 11" W x 11" W

High fired to cone 8 - 1268° C [2320° F] in an electric kiln.

No problem in dishwasher or reheating gently in the microwave.
