Just a walk in the park..... Upcycled High Waisted Pencil Skirt

Description

This a one-of-a-kind high waisted pencil skirt made from a vintage curtain.
I found this beautiful fabric in a small thrift shop by the beach....

The measurements are:

Waist 28"
Hip 36"
Length waist to hem 25"

The fabric has a beautiful botanical theme with a slight shimmery pattern of cotton throughout. There is slight stitching marks near the waistband (barely noticeable) where the curtain was once sewn, however over time they should disappear.

There is a 20 cm invisible zipper at the back of the skirt and creamy pearl colour button for fastening at the waistband. There is also a small slit in the back seam from hem. All seams over overlocked for a professional finish.

This skirt is also gorgeous with a wide belt and can be worn with many styles of tops.
