Gorgeous adjustable cuff with real butterfly wing set into silver.
The butterfly has long been a symbol of transformation, growth and renewal, souls and spirits. You can carry nature with you.

DETAILS
This bracelet/cuff is made of solid sterling silver, with 'double orbit' style ends. One of these ends has a sterling silver cup with a real yellow birdwing butterfly wing inside. The other end is just a simple silver disc.
This bracelet was a collaboration between my sister and I, (her etsy shop is gurlygirl.etsy.com to see more of her work), she made the cuff entirely by hand, and I finished it with the butterfly component.

WEAR
The cuff is lightweight and springy. You can shape it to your arm/wrist, but isn't SO flexible that it would mush up. This would really fit anyone comfortably. See the measurements below for details. This has the look of a bangle, with the flexibility of a cuff.

MEASUREMENTS
14g round wire, two discs at the ends which rest on top of wrist. The butterfly cup is 15mm (over 1.2")) The total length if stretched out is 20cm (8") long. Fully adjustable.

CARE
I would just advise to bend this slowly, as you would with any cuff, so that it doesn't get misshaped (though you can work it with your hands to make it any shape you want). I also recommend that you bend this as much as you want. I am carefree with mine and it works great each time I put it on and off.

SAFE ORIGIN
All of my butterfly wings are raised for Butterfly Conservation, where the butterflies live their full lives in a happy garden until they naturally expire. The gardens collect the wings and I make jewelry with them. I feel this is a great way to recycle these wings so people can appreciate them long after their time. Eco friendly!
