Description

This piece was inspired by my little daughter, to whom I sing "Goodnight Sweet Heart" every evening when I tuck her in. She and I both love faeries AND the color pink. Her bedroom is decorated in a 'moon & star' theme, so that also contributed to my idea for this work.
It is a mixed media collage that measures 8" x 10" and is done on a quality canvas. It is ECO FRIENDLY, since the canvas originally had a 'failed' (in my opinion :) piece on it and I've reused that canvas. The faerie is cut from an old book and the dotted paper for the moon is scrap from another project.

I think this artwork would look fabulous as nursery decoration, for celestial and fairy lovers (like myself :), OR with shabby chic decor (I always use aging polish, so my pieces have a unique vintage-look)
