Antique Vintage German - Piano Baby

What a find!! These Piano Babies were brought over from Germany by an older lady I contacted to purchase them from.

THIS BABY GIRL IS ONE OF A SET. SHOULD YOU WANT BOTH, PLEASE CONTACT ME AND I'LL MAKE YOU DEAL!

Her story was that her grandmother had given them to her before she left Germany.

Whether they are Heubach or not, I do not know.

I do know they are originals, not reproductions and are beautiful examples of the piano babies first made in Germany

Piano Baby

Piano baby is a collector’s term. About 1880, the well-decorated home had a shawl on the piano. Bisque figures of babies were designed to help hold the shawl in place.

The sweet babies are approx 6-1/2" in length.
