Description

Printed on softly flecked recycled paper, this card features a silhouette of Austen from the first edition of her novel "Mansfield Park." The silhouette is printed in navy blue ink and is surrounded by a raspberry pink frame.

Beneath the silhouette the card reads "I cannot speak well enough to be unintelligble." The quote featured is from Austen's novel "Northanger Abbey."

Future cards in the series will feature Austen's witty observations from each of her novels. Have a favorite Austen quote you'd like to see? Feel free to convo me.

Each card is individually printed by hand, by me, on my Gocco. Slight variations are to be expected. Blank inside, the card is 5.5" tall and 4.25" wide and comes with a matching envelope. It is shipped in a cello envelope and flat cardboard mailer to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
