When you purchase one of these little peace doves, the World Peace Prayers Team stops what it's doing and prays for peace in our troubled world.

The Peace Dove you will receive will, most likely, not be the exact dove shown in the photo. What you will receive is a lampwork (glass) handmade peace dove that I made for this purpose. Each little dove measures almost 1 inch all the way around. It's about 1/4 inch high. Save it. Put it on your desk. Let it remind you to stop and say a prayer for peace.

My prayer for peace is this. It is the prayer of St. Francis of Assisi.

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace:
where there is hatred let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, light;
where there is sadness, joy.
Lord, may I not so much seek to be consoled as to console;
to be understood as to understand;
to be loved as to love.
Because it is in giving that we receive,
in pardoning that we are pardoned. Amen.
