Description
This is part of a trio of seasonal trees. It's in Spring when there are buds and leaves that are light and glowing.This print is made from a collagraph plate.
Image size: 6" x 4 3/4"
Paper Size: 10" x 7 1/4"
The term collagraph refers to a flat base or plate (matrix)where different materials are glued, to form a relief of different surface levels and textures.
After the gluing is completed, the plate is coated with acrylic medium to seal it. When it's dry, the finished plate is inked, covered with damp paper, and printed.
