This lovely pair of bloomers can be worn under a skirt or dress or on their own. They are made from a yellow cotton with gathered fabric accents around the bottom.

The waist is 22" and is gathered onto elastic. The bottom of the legs are also gathered onto elastic.

The maximum waist and hip measurement is 32". The length is 19 1/2" from the waist to the bottom of the ruffle.
