Gown Sakowitz Pat Richard Maxi Deadstock NWT

Be a movie star this year with this smashing gold colored gown that I thought was lurex material but someone told me it was not so not sure what the material is.
Slinky madness with fab feather cuffs or end of sleeves. The feathers are cream, rust, brown and metallic gold. Very well made and label is Sakowitz which was a high end clothing store which closed in the 80s. This store was a Premier store in Houston and other cities at the time. The label also states a designer named Pat Richards. Size on label is a 7 to 8. Measurements are:
Sleeve is 20.0 with and additional feathers of 4.0. Across 16.0 bust laid flat. Material is stretchy nylon so could easily go larger.
From shoulder to hem is 55.0 which is floor length on this gown or dress.
This is deadstock and never worn and has original part of sales tag. Someone must of missed the party in the 1970s. NWT Vintage Gown. Model wears a 6 to 8.
