Shooting in the middle of a lavender field like this is actually more complicated than it looks. Getting out there is not the problem, it is navigating your way through a gazillion bees with forty pounds of camera gear on your back that is a bit challenging. The process goes something like this: take a few steps...freeze...take a step...breathe...take a few steps...freeze...and an hour later you've walked about 30 feet and now get to set up your gear in the middle of the swarm - it's very exciting!

This print is an 8" x 8" archival print on a soft watercolor paper. The colors are vibrant and there is a black border around the image. A range of print sizes are available. Convo me or contact my studio directly to discuss what you are looking for.
