Mild not bitter, Italian EVOO is the base for the best tasting oil you will every enjoy. Natural, air dried, herbs, numerous types of ingredients make this oil fantastic!

Over the years my company has sold countless bottles of the oils to speciality stores around the country, and individuals at our shop. I have sampled these oils at: in home demonstrations, parties, store grand openings, gourmet food shows and too many to mentions festivals/trade shows.

Use as a marinade for your favorite grilled meat, dashed over steamed vegies or salads, sprinkled over baked foods, saute, used in a wok (as per customer uses) and in a pan with bacon and eggs.

During these tough enonomic times we need to enjoy our food, eat healthier and not look to pills to solve medical problems; lets start with more olive oil and less medications.
