Big Blue Fish -- 16 x 20 inch ORIGINAL OIL PAINTING
Description
It is not hard to figure out what inspired me to do this painting -- that glorious, brilliant ultramarine fish against the yellows, oranges, greens and golds (actual gold oil paint).I first painted the acrylics on top of the white acrylic gesso (that the canvas is protected by), then once the acrylics really dried, I painted with oils on top, letting some of the acrylics show through.
This blue fish has two smaller companions -- where there are big fish, there are smaller fish!
I absolutely LOVE the underwater world!
