Something Borrowed - Original Painting on Canvas 5 x 5 inches

Description

This original, mixed media painting on a chunky box canvas would make a great wedding gift!

The painting is inspired by the wedding tradition of "something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue".

The materials I have used include some old (from an old sketchbook experiment), some new (a collage sheet that I had just bought), some (the buttons!) borrowed, and of course, there's some blue in there too!

These small canvases look great simply placed on a fire surround, shelf or bookcase, or of course they can be hung on the wall, either alone or in groups.

I will be listing more of these 5" square canvases soon, so keep watching; they look great hung together - you could start a collection!

The canvas is gallery wrapped (i.e. the sides of the canvas are painted) so there is no need for further framing. The sides of the canvas are also staple free. I have signed and dated the canvas on one side.

Size : 5” X 5" X 1.5" approx (12.5 x 12.5 x 3.75 cm approx.)

All work is packaged carefully for safe arrival, and paintings are usually sent out within 3 working days of cleared payment.
