Looking for something different for your wedding day? This gorgeous mini top hat is built with a buckram frame and is covered in hackle feathers. It has a hat elastic to hold onto the head. Unique and original. There is an additional fee for veiling.
This hat can also be done in a variety of colors(red,navy,brown,black). I can also add exotic pheasant like the first photo to take away the traditional bridal look.
