"Where I want to rest" - 24"x24" charcoal, acrylic on stained wood.This artwork was designed initially to be part of my Visual Essay on Walt Whitman's Leaves of Grass installation.(See last image)
The image hints literally to a place to catch your thoughts but also the black and white image refers to a state of mind where thoughts are clear, just like black and white.
