ca. 1910 Owl on the moon antique clay gambling chip charm pendant necklace

Beautiful dark blue antique gambling chip depicting an owl perched on a crescent moon with stars all around it. A sterling silver plated bail has been permanently embedded underneath the finish.
Will arrive gift boxed.
This chip is very rare and so unique! Every tiny detail was carved into the clay by hand then debossed. The detail is so great you can see the feathers on the owl.
Both sides are in near perfect condition with very minimal ink loss. I have encased the chip front & back under shiny waterproof sealant to further protect as it carries out it's new life as a piece of jewelry.
* Note that any white spots are glare due to the finish being so shiny.
