Do you like mashed potatoes, but miss the taste of the potato skin?? Well I have your answer!!!! My Roasted Garlic and Bacon Twice Baked Potatoes!!! The inner portion of the potatoes is as creamy as any mashed potatoes.

These potatoes are made by taking the center out of large Russet potatoes and then adding cream, butter, a little bit of chicken stock, kosher salt, roasted garlic and black pepper. I basically make mash potatoes and then once everything is mashed I fold in some crisp bacon. Then the mixture is stuffed into the Russet potato again and topped with Colby jack and Cheddar cheese!! They then take a trip back into the over for 10-15 minutes!! Garnish with some sour cream and chives and you have one damn good potato!!!!
These potatoes come in packages of 2 and 4 .

As with all my yummy treats re-heating instructions will be provided, you will actually be doing the final bake on these little beauties so they will come out fresh and tasty from your oven!!
