Carmel Apple Tart

Having a dinner party and need an elegant dessert? Or you just LOVE pastry??? Then this is the dessert for you!! It is my delicious Carmel apple tart. Thinly sliced Granny Smith apples that that have been mixed in granulated sugar; fresh lemon juice, Madagascar Vanilla (pod not extract), Vietnamese Cassia Cinnamon. The apples are then delicately arranged on a piece of flaky buttery puff pastry, which when cooked puffs up into golden brown perfection. The tart is then garnished with a rich Carmel sauce and vanilla bean sugar.

This little beauty will ea secretily serve 6, add a scoop of Vanilla Bean ice cream and you will be in seventh heaven!!

Have me delivered it to you cooked, or if you want to be adventureous and have your house smelling like you have been hard at work all day cook it yourself! Re-heating instructions will be provided!!

** Note*** The sugar ball "bling" does not come with your order, however we can add them if you would like to dress up the desert for a particular event!
