Butternut is a Sock Monkey

Description

This is Butternut. Butternut is a monkey. He used to be a pair of socks, but that was a long, long time ago. Butternut likes practical jokes, mischeif and mayhem, but he's really very sweet.

Butternut was stitched together at a midwife's association picnic, where we lost one arm, then found it in the back seat of the car, under some napkins a few days later! Little trouble maker!

He's approximately 21" tall, made from vintage socks, stuffed with USA-made fiberfill and love, and wears a vintage ribbon bow tie. His face is embroidered with black acrylic yarn.

Butternut is a one of a kind original!
