Description
8x8 color fine art photograph printed on crystal archive paper. All prints are signed and dated.This photograph was taken for the Arts in RI (http://artsinri.com) Valentine's Day Challenge, 2009. I wanted to stay true to my usual style, and have a subtle Valentine's theme. Basically, I wanted the image to work year-round.
As my sister-in-law so energetically says, "those pears are IN LOVE!" And I'm in love with the photo, I must say. I went back to my black & white roots - and I love how that brings out the contrast between the fabric and the pears, and allows the pattern of the fabric to dance.
