Fit To Be Tied-Orange Borange Hand Tied Yarn

Description

I have accumulated many random bits of yarns over the years. Little pieces and a few yards here and there that are too pretty to part with! I created this yarn by hand tying lengths together in a repeating pattern. I purposely left the tails long so that they could be worked or woven into a knit or crocheted piece, or left out for a wilder look. Yarn thickness is uniform throughout, I mixed two lengths together to maintain thickness. Between sport and worsted weights.

Yarns may include but are not limited to sequin yarn, my handspun, eyelash, glittery novelty yarn, boucle, silks and much more.

108 yards, 5 ounces.

So what can you do with it? I’ve mixed a few yards of these into felted projects for pops of color and texture, made scarves by casting on a couple hundred stitches and knitting garter stitch back and forth, shawls, trims on projects, freeform, whatever strikes your fancy!

As I was photographing these yarns I discovered that were you so bold, you could absolutely loop this over your head a couple times and make a cowl look scarf! NOTE: Photo of the wear it concept is of a previous skein I made and sold, not the skein I am selling in this listing. Ends are securely tied to avoid unraveling should you decide to go this route and wear it! If you'd like extra security, I will happily tie a couple more coordinating bits around the entire skein to keep it together. :)
