Betsy's Murmuring Lake Choker with Dragonfly Bead and Swarovski Crystals

Sumptuous, shimmering blues and deep glittering greens intertwine and scintillate in this outrageously luxuriant choker. It's an extravagant piece, one for special occasions and events. Wouldn't be out of place at the Opera. Or the Oscars. There are strands of blue, strands of green, and all the shades in between. There are pearls and Swarovski crystals and vintage fire-polished crystals and pressed glass flowers and glass beads and a delightful little ceramic dragonfly. The end caps are beadwoven with peyote stitch.
There are Swarovski crystal dangles from the end of the sterling silver chain at the back- this piece looks as good going away as it does coming! This opulent necklace is one of a kind.
The necklace measures about 19" overall, and fits like a choker, nestling around the base of your neck. Clasp has several adjustments between 18" and the end. Weighs in at a substantial 4.5 ounces.

Inspired by Betsy Ray's summer excursions to the Inn at Murmuring Lake, where she often rowed out into the bay far enough that all she could see was the blue water, the green trees and lily pads and the occasional dragonfly.
