One size will fit most being that it has an elastic band, it measures about 21 to 22 inches not stretched.

They will have either a black or white elastic depending on what I grab out of the bin and the stitching around the edges will be as well matched as I can get. No two are exactly the same, but very closely represented by the pictures in the listing!

These aren’t made fancy with pretty trimmings, just the image I designed on my special squishy base and can be worn by a dude or dudette.
