This is so cute on. I just love hot pink and lime green together. These colors are so fresh and fun! This tutu is made to fit a 2T-4T. It goes from a halter dress to a skirt. It includes a matching flower headband. This tutu can be made to any measurements and any of the 30 colors I offer. This looks great as a photo prop for those new spring pictures or at a fun summer party.
****Please note that this tutu is shown with small sequins and flowers. These can a choking hazard to small children. If you would wish for these not to be on, please let me know.
