JUST JESS hand printed red on pink distressed vintage washed ladies sweatshirt size medium

Description

This cute ladies sweater features an image of my friend Alison's beautiful black & white lurcher, Jess. Alison & I are both involved with Gracehounds, a small local charity dedicated to finding permanent homes & a better life for sighthounds, like Jess, who would otherwise be abandoned or destroyed after their short racing careers.

Jess was photographed on a recent walk at Portmore Loch in the Scottish Borders. Her graceful stance & sleek silhouette against the wintery background of the loch along with the contrast between her black & white coat were visually striking.

After converting the photograph of Jess to a monochrome image, I hand screen printed it onto the shirt using non-toxic fabric ink. The ink has been fixed using heat, making it resistant to machine washing at 40 ° C & dry cleaning, & safe to iron on a cotton setting.

The sweatshirt is ladies size medium (chest 39", length 20") & is pullover in style. It is made of 80% organic fair trade combed cotton & 20% polyester in with the image printed in contrasting ink.

The garment has been distressed & washed to to give a vintage look & benefits from added weight & softness for a relaxed, comfortable feel. Perfect for slipping on to keep you cozy!

This item is ready to ship, but can be made to order in alternative sizes (& colours) - please convo' me with your requirements.
