raw abalone, iolite, and zircon with oxidized silver and 14k gold fill necklace

Description

So, I finally was able to make something with this SPECIAL (very special to me) piece of abalone (TREASURED piece of abalone...did I mention?). I didn't want to distract from the abalone but I did want to create something in harmony with the abalone using gemstones - really clear and crystal-y, beautiful gemstones! Here's the result. A gemmy iolite brio and sparkly clear blue zircon rondelle hang about in cosmic harmony with the abalone...tiny iolite rondelles finish the back of the necklace...Enjoy!

Metals are: oxidized sterling silver and 14k gold fill. Raw abalone, iolite and zircon make up the rest.

This necklace measures 17 3/4" in length. Abalone pendant is 1 1/4" (30 mm) long and approximately 1/4" (13mm) wide. Iolite brio is about 10mm and zircon is a 4mm rondelle.
*This can be shortened for free or lengthened with the addition of an extension chain for a small fee, please convo me before purchase.

ABALONE stimulates development of the higher senses and psychic awareness. It promotes imagination,serenity, and nobility. It helps to calm an over-emotional state while maintaining expression. It has the energy of calm, healing love.

IOLITE is known as the "violet stone" (also "water sapphire"), being helpful in healing relating to the third eye/crown chakra. It's also helpful in guided meditation and astral travel. In Shamanic ceremonies, iolite is used to stimulate visions, enhance accuracy of visions, and is considered powerful medicine. It can help eliminate dissonance and disruptions in relationships; bringing harmony and balancing male/female energies. Iolite can also be used towards the elimination of debts, to enhance precision in ones life, and to encourage taking responsibility - all of this contributing to the positive management of finances.

ZIRCON is a naturally occuring mineral/gemstone, unrelated to "zirconia" which is a synthetic substitute for diamonds. Zircon symbolizes innocence, purity, and constancy. It helps to increase one's endurance and consistency in all endeavors. It is known as a stone of virtue, bringing one's nature back into balance with universal forces. It promotes the unity of different planes of existence and fields of energy. Zircon corresponds to the 1st, 3rd, and 4th chakras, raising their intensity. Zircon possesses a constant and immutable force, an energy offering the understanding that we are part of "All that is" and reminding us of our upward motion in the evolutionary spiral.
