This black taffeta ball gown is one of a kind! The sleeves and skirt balloon out. The short sleeves have elastic on the ends. The neckline is slightly scooped. The dress includes a belt also made from taffeta with a hook closure. The dress is lined. It buttons in the back on top and zips partially on the bottom.
