Custom Painting with Octopus and Japanese Paper

Description

This painting is a custom piece. It is done on a professionally built 6 x 6 x 1.2 wood cradled panel. The colour palette is creamy mint green, forget-me-not blue, gold, pink, and a green-red metallic interference glaze. This interference adds a subtle iridescent sheen to the octopus.

The sides of this panel are decoupaged in beautiful screen-printed Japanese chiyogami paper. Ph neutral glue was used, to ensure a lasting bond. The paints are all professional-grade acrylic.

You can choose to have this painting done in any colour scheme, and with any name. The name is stamped in gold acrylic in this particular painting.
