Wildflower Coasters No.4 - Set of 6

Description

To create these lovely coasters, beautiful natural wildflowers were pressed and dried by me, then placed in between 3" squares of Gecko translucent light blue/white wispy stained glass and antique window glass. The coasters were put together using the copper foil method. Each of the coasters is different, and this set is truly one of a kind.

The basket was also designed and made by me using the same Gecko glass in a slighly larger size (3 1/4"), finished and made strong using brass channels, to which heavy copper wire was attached in a loop at each corner. The solder has been polished to a high, satiny shine. The basket has clear polymer "feet" on each bottom corner to protect your furniture.

This lovely set would make a wonderful hostess gift.
