my new VINTAGE KITTY line of creations is called THE SCRAPBOX COLLECTION... these pieces are pretty fly-away designs with loads of frills, ruffles, laces, vintage and modern, crochet and anything else that grabs my fancy..!

this is a SCRAPBOX WEDDING DRESS, or a stunning dress for a GARDEN PARTY, or HIGH TEA..!! ... the dress is a romantic mixture of creams, ecru, natural antique beige and old golds... vintage and modern laces, hand stitched and crocheted vintage doilies, layers of pleated chiffon, tonnes of pearls, satin ribbon roses, beautiful deco trim under the bust, heavy vintage corded and pearled bridal lace and over the top gorgeousness..! It would make such a stunning dress for a beautiful bride..!

this dress comes with a matching beautiful choker neck piece, made from the same style vintage laces, buttons, pearls and has a beautiful drop of vintage crystals... it can also be worn as a hair band or head band for a more 20's look... the embellished part of the neck piece measures about 13 inches.. then there are ribbon ties either side measuring 20 inches each , plenty for a beautiful bow... ( I will be making some of these choker neck pieces for seperate listings if you would like one on its own.. or convo me for a different colour or style or to match one of my other dresses or camis..)


the dress is stretchy as it has been created from a vintage stretch petticoat/slip which becomes the lining...

the straps are ribbon and adjustable...

recycled and re-designed to create a beautiful one-off creation... the edges are raw and fraying to add beautiful character as well as giving it a bit of edgy detail...

these gorgeous dresses are one of a kind... no two alike.. its a very funky and gorgeous party dress, or for a special ocassion, prom, school ball, birthday, garden party, high tea or a most stunning wedding dress..!


due to the nature of the stretchy slip used as a base, this dress can fit a range of sizes , this dress can fit SMALL and for a looser dress, it would also fit an X-SMALL..... (approx US SIZE 6/8 or 4 for a looser fit, or NZ SIZE 8/10 or 6 for a looser fit).... measurements given are lying flat unstretched one side only, so double for full measurements... sizes stated above are approximate.. please check the measurements to be sure it will fit you...


across the bust, unstretched side to side is about 17inches (44.5 cm), just under the bust it nips into about 15inches unstretched.. (38cm)
side to side at the hips about 17 inches unstretched (43.5 cm), so double that for full circumference...

top of bust to hem is 48 inches...(122 cm), this measurement is EXCLUDING the straps as they are adjustable....

*washing instructions.. hand wash in cold or tepid water and lay flat to dry..
*this skirt has vintage components.. please wear gently.. imperfections, tiny marks or repairs, if any are part of the charm of wearing beautiful re-created garments.. please know that I would not offer anything that I wouldnt wear myself..
