how cool are these? book bookshelves!

we've taken an amazing, vintage, unwanted book and turned it into sweet home decor with a purpose!

once these bookshelves are installed and decorated with books or other objects, it appears as if they are floating on the wall...an invisible bookshelf!

these are easy to install- simply screw the metal bracket into the wall you wish to hang your shelf on with the screws provided. voila! an awesome new shelf that is able to hold up to 5 lbs that sits snug against the wall!

this particular book is "the new junior classics in sport and adventure". it measures 9.5" long by 7" wide by 1.25" tall with the bracket sitting at 2" taller in the back. the bracket to hang the shelf is embedded securely in the book and opening the book is not recommended. the last 2 images are not of the bookshelf you will receive, but of our personal bookshelves and how amazing they look hung and decorated.

please remember that these books are vintage and used. they can be scratched, have the pages colored or stained, and other imperfections. in my opinion, this gives these books more character and a better look for their new purpose in life.
