FOAMY PALE SEAS blue green handspun handdyed wool yarn

Description

Handspun yarn (from mill ends on my Traub spinning wheel, by me) with the June Phat Fiber "Oceanic" theme in mind. I am donating a full-size skein of this yarn--in case you wanted to win it but didn't, lol. I also have a couple skeins of the same colors, but this fiber was dyed first and then spun with the colors mixed up and then plied mixed up, too. The "side by side" yarn was spun first and then dyed in long skeins.

This yarn is spun semi-woolen, from "spinning bells" with a modified long-draw technique. It is slightly fuzzy and has a little bit of halo. It is a full-size skein of yarn, but smaller than the two "side by side" skeins. It is from the same batch as the mini skein of Foamy Pale Seas and the Phat Fiber giveaway skein.

Slightly chunky yarn. Kool-aid dyed 2-ply wool (may contain some mohair).
About 48 yards.
About 2.5 ounces.
About 6-8 wraps per inch.

This yarn is slightly thick & thin (my philosophy is, if it is totally even and looks like it was made by a machine, what is the point of it being handspun?).
