There are tears thoughout the lace, the built in slip is stained, no tears or open seams.
It has been washed by hand, thus it's present condition. (It was worse before washing!) There are no tags, it looks mass manufactured though, not home sewn.
Bias cut, 28" waist, I would suggest a 35" bust, and 36" hips.
