Ridiculous Shrinky Dink Earrings

Description

These eco-friendly earrings are made from recycled plastic food containers! These ones are ridiculously long! They measure about 3/4" wide by 2 3/4" long. They are spotted all over with brightly colored polka dots, and the space in between has been left blank/transparent. They have been carefully and quickly baked/melted/shrunk following the age-old laws of Shrinky-Dinkery, then given a thin coating of polyurethane for a little protection. They are attached to silver ear hooks.

Due to the nature of the shrinky-dink process, no two are quite the same, and small imperfections/marks in the plastic can sometimes be seen. But that's all just part of the fun!
