Blue Garland Headband
Description
This headband is composed of a cluster of four blue rosettes. Each rosette is hand shaped from a vintage prom dress. Fabulous, huh? The entire thing is attached to an elastic headband for comfort.Each piece is made to compliment any ensemble, from casual to the most elegant. They are all one of a kind, although some fabrics may be used in other items. I love to incorporate vintage fabrics in bold colors; its an easy way to spice up any ensemble!
