I use this blend for burn-out and depression. It can also be used for Seasonal Affective Disorder.This is a highly concentrated blend of essential oils in a base of coconut oil, a stable oil with an indefinite shelf-life.
Here's the break down: Bergamot and Grapefruit are uplifting and cheerful. Vetiver is soothing and protecting. Jasmine inspires confidence. Ylang Ylang promotes feeling of love (including self-love) and lowers blood pressure. Oakmoss is earthy and fixes the blend.
