Cashmere Garden Dress - Custom Color

I've constructed this dress with "layers" of contrasting stitching on cashmere to give it lots of texture and feminine flow. I've ended things with a modest flounce (just enough to keep the flow going out into the world). Then I dotted the front and back with more than a dozen of my signature handcut applique flowers. Just to make things very fancy, at the collar I've added two layers of cashmere "ruffles" on one side, which taper into sewn leaf-shaped appliques on both front and back.

Hopefully you can see how absolutely flattering this dress is. Elegant enough for very special occasions, but you'll want to wear all the time because it's so soft and comfortable. Will work well with nothing under it, or can be worn over layering shirts. And of course it looks fantastic under a short jacket. Tons of possibilities here. And because it's cashmere (warm, but breathable), I see this really as a three-season piece.

As with all of my designs, this one-of-a-kind piece, hand made by me from 99% recycled materials, professionally finished with a lovely "The Devil Made Me Do It" tag inside for your viewing pleasure.
