Felt Board Story Box

Description

This story box is based on the old fashioned felt board. The box is a light blue sturdy corrugated cardboard mailer with handle. Bright yellow felt covers the top and dark green felt covers the inside lid of the box. Ribbon, felt flowers and letters decorate the box (trim will vary from box to box).
Paper images are mounted on card stock and heat laminated on both sides. They are backed with hook and loop dots and magically stick to both felt covered surfaces on the box. Your child can play at home by propping up the wooden dowel (included) under the lid and creating a story collage on the top of the box. Also fun in the car, or on their lap using the inside lid of the box.

One set of images is included with the box!
I make the basic box in either a girl or boy theme.
This box is shown with images from the "Fashion Fun" set (see store for more pictures of this set)and is decorated for more of a "GIRL" theme. Or you may ask me to substitute any set from my shop. Additional sets can be purchased (I’ll be adding more sets soon)! You only need one box!

The box measures 19” x 11” x 3” . Your child will love to carry his “Story Box” with him. Also great for sick days in bed, hospital stays, church or grandma’s house. Wonderful quiet toy for expanding the imagination!

Image sources are magazine clippings, vintage books and public domain. Due to availability images will vary from set to set, but the theme will be the same.
