Pink Iridescent Structures

Description

My own fascination with structures has produced a fascinating and elegant piece of jewelry. It starts with lovely oval shaped glass beads. They are a soft gray with an iridescent coating in pink/gold/green. The beads are combined into geometric structures (octahedrons for the technically minded)
that form the basic necklace and are then combined to form larger and more complicated structures at the focal points of the necklace. A small hook secures it at the back.

Length: approx. 19" (47 cm)
height at center: approx 1 1/2" (3.7 cm)
thickness: 3/4" (8 mm)
