Vintage Simplicity 7027, size 12, copyright 1967.

From the pattern envelope:
"MISSES' BLOUSES WITH TWO NECKLINES: Blouse with gathered ruffle trim has front button closing and set in sleeves. V.1 with high round neckline has double lace ruffle. Long sleeves have single ruffle. V.2 & 3 have "V" neckline, self fabric ruffles and lace edging trim. V.2 has long sleeves. V.3 has short sleeves.
SUGGESTED FABRIC TYPES--Cottons and blends; cotton sheers, eyelet,. Silks, synthetics and blends. V.1 also in linen, crepe."

The envelops is worn and partially split. The pattern has been neatly cut and is complete.
