EBAN - The Fence - Safety, Security, and Love - Pendant

Description

This beautiful teardrop-shaped kambaba jasper pendant was etched with the lovely African Adinkra symbol EBAN (the fence). According to Akan beliefs, the fence keeps your loved ones within and ensures the safety of the family from what lies outside. Because of the protection that the fence offers, the EBAN also represents the security one finds in love.

The image was deep etched(sandblasted) on the face and filled with metallic silver paint. The pendant is 30x40mm. The lovely bail is sterling silver (0.925).
